Base protocol fee: 7%. The promo discount reduces what the advertiser pays; the remaining partner allocation becomes your reward. A code is locked to the campaign draft and cannot be added retroactively. If another bizdev invited you, 1% of every campaign you fund goes to that mentor from Xyper's share. At fees above 7%, the additional percentage belongs entirely to Xyper.

What counts
Clear rules protect every side.
A new advertiser uses your active code before saving the campaign draft and successfully funds the campaign.
Clicks, leads, email registrations, self-referrals, retroactive codes and unfunded drafts do not earn rewards.
Tell the client clearly that you may earn from the promo code. The commercial relationship should never be hidden.
The CRM records reserved, earned and paid states. Final payout follows Xyper partner terms and the verified campaign ledger.
